We see this pivotal sales role as the first step leading to a long-lasting career in sales and is a position that several of our existing sales representatives once held.

The most successful people in this role have a hunger to get out on the road and, in time, own their own territory. We would love nothing more than to support this dream. For this reason we offer ongoing sales and product training including on the road training with the sales team, machine operation training and the opportunity to be a key player in our marketing strategy and organising and running field days, exhibitions and various other events.

This is a branch based position and the key responsibilities and targets for this role are set around the following:

  • Generating business leads through proactive outbound calling of new and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team in increasing deal participation and achieve sales for New, Used and Rental Equipment divisions
  • Ensuring all customer needs for associated business (i.e. worktools, service & parts) are supported and managed to the customer’s satisfaction by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer coverage – ability to build and maintain customer relationships across a wide range of influencers
  • Complete CRM activities and associated tasks such as promptly acting on sale leads
  • To assist the sales team in achieving sales revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Creating a positive, value added perception that will differentiate William Adams from the competition.
